Pianist/Music Director/Arranger/Bandleader/Singer/Songwriter, TRACY STARK is a 16-Time MAC Award winner, in the categories of Music Direction, Piano Bar Entertainer, and Song of the Year (twice). She has also won the Bistro Award and BroadwayWorld Award for Music Direction, and has won Cabaret Hotline’s Songwriter of the Year Award.
Tracy has worked with Sarah Dash (“Labelle”), Lesley Gore (Academy Award Nominee), Phoebe Snow, Karen Black (Academy Award Nominee), Nona Hendryx (“Labelle”), Randy Jones (Village People), Barb Jungr, Brenda Braxton (Tony Nominee), Justin Sayre, Eric Millegan (“Bones”), Tonya Pinkins (Tony Award winner), Nathan Lee Graham (Grammy Winner), Alice Ripley (Tony Award winner), and hundreds of other rock, jazz, and broadway vocalists.
She stays busy creating and music directing 75-100 different shows per year, in addition to her ongoing work as music director for the Eugene O’Neill Cabaret Conference for the past 13 years. She has also been the music director for the Provincetown Cabaret Festival for the past few years.
