From her early ballet training, Georgia’s heart has been captivated by the magic of theater and the arts. This year, Act2PV gratefully acknowledges her sponsorship of the Act2PV Casa Karma Red Room, a testament to her enduring passion and support for the cultural tapestry of Puerto Vallarta. Her support has not only enriched the artistic landscape of our city, but has also nurtured local talent, leaving an indelible mark on our performing arts community.<\/p>\n

Hailing from the heartland of Iowa, Georgia inherited a deep sense of activism and philanthropy from her upbringing. Her commitment to human rights and charitable endeavors knows no bounds, as she generously supports numerous organizations, extending a helping hand to those in need and championing causes dear to her heart.<\/p>\n

Yet, Georgia’s impact transcends far beyond her contributions to the arts and philanthropy. As the proud owner of Casa Karma Private Villa and Event Space, she has created more than just a venue for gatherings\u2014it’s a sanctuary where guests can bask in beauty, hospitality, and the soothing embrace of nature. Nestled along the pristine beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Casa Karma is a haven where one can unwind, recharge, and embark on a journey of self-discovery amidst its labyrinth, mirroring Georgia’s own path filled with both challenges and triumphs.<\/p>\n

In her book “Authentically Yours,” Georgia pays homage to her late husband, Gholi Darehshori, whose spirit of “Paying It Forward” continues to inspire acts of kindness and compassion. Through her words, she immortalizes his legacy, while her ongoing efforts, such as the establishment of “Gholi’s Field of Dreams Soccer Field,” continue to positively impact the lives of disadvantaged children in our community.<\/p>\n
