The best way to buy tickets is here on our website. (Your email receipt is your scannable ticket to present when you arrive. Please print it out or have it available on your mobile device to present at the door.) You may also purchase your ticket in cash (or with a credit card) at our box office, which is open daily from 10am to 10pm.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What kind of payment is accepted?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We accept cash and major credit cards for tickets, concessions, alcoholic beverages, and Act2PV merchandise. Artists selling merchandise such as CD\u2019s, t-shirts, etc. always accept cash but do not always accept credit cards.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Yes, children over 2 years old must have a ticket. Every \u201cbody\u201d must have a ticket. Sometimes we have special promotions for \u201cfamily-friendly\u201d shows, and these will be advertised on the website.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What\u2019s the difference between \u201cpreferred\u201d admission and \u201cgeneral\u201d admission?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\u201cPreferred\u201d admission is shown in yellow on our seating charts and the seats are located in the front of the theater. \u201cGeneral\u201d admission is shown in red on our seating charts, usually in the back of the theater, and the seats are less expensive. However, all seats have very good visibility in each of our theaters.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Are ticket prices in USD or pesos?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Our ticket prices are shown on our website in Mexican pesos, although you may pay in US Dollars or in Mexican pesos at the box office.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Yes, you are always permitted to exchange your ticket for any show at Act2PV if you are unable to attend a show.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

When will I receive my ticket to a show?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n\t

Your email confirmation letter is your ticket to present when you arrive. Our sponsors are always seated first, but after they are settled, many of our shows are “first-come\/first-served.” It’s a good idea to arrive at least 30 minutes before a show and you can wait in the lovely Ovations Piano Bar where you can enjoy a drink before or after the show!\u00a0 If you are attending a show that has assigned seats, you will be asked to choose a seat when you register for the show!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the \"service fee\"?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n\t
\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

In the past, the only way you could pay for ticket online was to use Paypal, and they always added a service charge for the convenience of using their service to purchase your tickets. Act2PV never received that extra charge. However, in December, we implemented a brand-new payment system where you can pay Act2PV directly ONLINE with your own credit card – VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover – and no service charges are added! So when you are given the option of how to purchase your tickets, click on the “STRIPE” option to pay with your credit card!<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I buy a ticket at the door?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n\t

\n\t\t\t

Our tickets are sold on a \u201cfirst-come \/ first-served\u201d basis, so we cannot guarantee that a ticket will be available at the door. Many of our shows do sell out.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Are gift certificates available?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Yes, we have gift certificates available on our website that can be purchased with your credit card and will be sent to you (or the recipient) by email. Paper gift certificates are also available at our box office.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I get a discount for a large group?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

No, unfortunately Act2PV does not have an elevator to accommodate handicapped people. Installing an elevator or escalator is on our \u201cbucket list\u201d of things to do someday. Act2PV theaters are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our building.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

How early should I arrive before a show?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

There is no dress code at Act2PV. Since Puerto Vallarta is a tourist destination, we want people to be comfortable. A light jacket may be a good idea, though, because we do have air conditioning.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Act2PV does not have a parking garage, but street parking is available. Taxi and vehicle drop-off and pick-up is available directly in front of the theater.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I take photos or videotape a performance?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
